Meet the Team

Chinmay holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech. He worked as a hardware engineer at Qualcomm, where he contributed to hardware that shipped in the iPhone 15, and later worked in technical university recruiting for Qualcomm - interviewing and evaluating hardware engineering candidates directly.

That dual perspective of being interviewed as a hardware engineer, and later sitting on the other side of the table conducting those interviews is what led him to build Voltage Learning. He saw firsthand that computer science candidates had built an entire prep ecosystem around technical interviews, while EE and hardware candidates faced comparably difficult interviews with no equivalent support.
